Sevenoaks Scouts Cook Meatballs Pasta & Chocolate Mousse

Meatballs (meat or veggie mince but not quorn) and pasta
Meatballs
- 500g mince (not Quorn)
- 2 onions (red or white)
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp mixed herbs
- black pepper
- 2 tins chopped tomatoes
- 1 carrot
- 1 courgette
- 1 oxo cube (beef or chicken)
- Vegetable oil
- A knife
- A chopping board
- A large mixing bowl
- 2 large saucepans
- A frying pan
- 2 wooden spoons
Chocolate Mousse
- 200g dark chocolate
- 284ml double cream
- 1 mixing bowl
- individual dishes for serving mousse in
