With the increase of Online Virtual Scouting, it is important to ensure you stay safe while you are online.

When meeting with other Scouters online you should ensure that you avoid one to one contact with your leaders or other adults. If you need to contact them, then either contact their shared section email address or cc multiple leaders into the conversation. This principle applies to telephone and video calls too.

When taking part in other virtual scouting activities run by others outside your group ensure that you don’t share your personal information and avoid video/phone calls with people you do not know.
