From 1pm to 2:30pm  Zoe will cover the theory side of the cub’s chef badge. In the same session, Cubs will cook cheese and pepper puffs. Cubs will also need an onion as well as the pepper in the recipe – both of which can optionally go in the puffs.

Cubs should have an adult nearby to supervise.

Both Skills and cooking sessions can be completed online with Zoe too – see dates in March/April for all sections

Cheese & Pepper puffs Ingredients

• 1 pepper (colour doesn’t matter) 
• 1 egg
• 125ml milk
• 150g self raising flour
• 200g grated mature cheddar &/or paprika  if you do not like cheese
