Sevenoaks Scouts BBQ feast prep for aged 10 plus Saturday 10th April from 3pm to cook at 5:30 pm

One parent’s feedback on previous feast session have been  “Best thing I’ve done in lockdown with J…..she loved it and even ate things she’s never done before!!”. Join is for an amazing BBQ feast preparation and cooking with our head chef Zoe from shiny kitchen!

Zoom details will be sent on succesful completion of a booking.

Spaces are limited to 30 per session – Please check spam if you do not receive the email details and then email if needed.

Booking


 

Ingredients

Homemade lemonade (makes 1 litre)

  • 6 unwaxed lemons
  • 100g caster sugar

Potato salad (serves 4)

  • 400g baby potatos
  • 1 bunch spring onions
  • Black pepper
  • Mayonnaise

Coleslaw (serves 4)

  • ½ cabbage (red or white)
  • 2 carrot
  • 1 onion (Not the same colour as the cabbage)
  • Mayonnaise
  • Black pepper
  • Salt

Burgers (makes 4) 

  • 500g mince (not Quorn) 
  • 1 onion (any colour) 
  • 1 egg 
  • 2tsp garlic powder 
  • 2tsp paprika 
  • 2tsp dried herbs

 

Salmon parcels (makes 4)

  • 4 salmon fillets or Quorn or Tofu
  • 1 onion (any colour)
  • 2 peppers (any colour)
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 lemon

Kebabs (makes 4)

  • 300g chicken/halloumi
  • 8 button mushrooms
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 pepper (any colour)
  • 1 onion (any colour)
