Paprakash and Cheesecake

FreeCome and cook Paprakash plus pudding (Cheesecake) with our head chef Zoe from Shiny Kitchen! The session will start at 4pm on Wednesday 7th April, aiming to finish by 6pm.
This meal is aimed at Cubs, Scouts and Explorers but if you have a very confident Beaver 7.5yo+ they are welcome to join too. Join in to enjoy the cooking &/or for badge work.

Paprikash
- 500g chicken/tofu
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 peppers
- 3tbsp paprika
- 1tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 tbsp plain flour
- 1 tin chopped tomatoes
- 500ml stock
- 230g self raising flour
- 75g suet (vegetable option if vegetarian)
- 2tsp dried herbs
- Black pepper
- 150ml soured cream
- Oil

- Big deep pan with a lid OR big deep pan and some tinfoil
- Wooden spoon

Cheesecake
- 100g butter
- 250g digestive biscuits
- 1 vanilla pod or 3tsp vanilla essence
- 600g cream cheese
- 100g icing sugar
- 280ml double cream
- 50g dark chocolate
- 1 mixing bowl
- 1 wooden spoon
